Whether you choose our one-on-one or small group sessions you can rest assured that your child will receive the focused attention that they need in order to improve their softball or baseball skills and build up their confidence in a way that is fun and rewarding.

 

WHY I LOVE One-on-one sessions:

  1. I can adjust or completely change my approach based on what is best for your child without having to consider what is best for other team members.

  2. Stress-free environment that frees less confident athletes from the fear of messing up in front of their teammates.

  3. Gives young athletes the opportunity to step up and not rely on their peers.

  4. Minimizes distractions.

How one-on-one sessions work:

60 Minute Session: This option is ideal for those who are really hoping to see their young athlete’s skills and confidence grow exponentially. I find that even easily distractible kids get a lot out of an hour long one-on-one session because I am able to cater the entire time frame to their unique needs, abilities, and interests.

90 Minute Session: This option is ideal for older athletes with a passion for the game and a desire to improve at an accelerated pace.

what i love about small group sessions:

  1. Kids connect more closely with their peers in a small group and therefore become more confident and comfortable performing in a group. This confidence eventually carries over into their performance in larger groups.

  2. Young athletes have the chance to learn from each other’s strengths, questions, and mistakes.

How small group sessions work:

My small groups are made up of no more than six kids and the sessions run for 60-90 minutes. My recommendation is to schedule a 60 minute one-on-one session before signing up for a small group session. This helps me to prepare the best instruction possible for each of the kids in that particular group and eases some of the anxiety your child may have about joining in with a group of kids they may not know because they are familiar with me.
